Nick, I guess the answer to your question is, I think both sides are comfortable that in this two years, in this two, three year playoff run, that they're gonna hit pay dirt, that they're gonna win a Stanley Cup.
And, you know, it's been hard because that division has been such a tough division to follow.
where that you wouldn't even be in the playoffs if you were on the East side, but here you are battling for second, third, first place in the top of your division.
So how does that relate to a playoff match against the team?
I don't know, but certainly whoever wins that division is going to be in the conference finals and they're going to have to take down a juggernaut of a team in either Dallas or Colorado.
And if you like Minnesota, then that somebody coming out of that side is going to be really good.
And
And so it's going to be a tough road to the Stanley Cup final for Edmonton, I believe.
Well, yeah.
I mean, you can look at Pittsburgh.
You can look at Montreal.
You can look at Philadelphia.
You can look at all those coaches that have done remarkable jobs with their teams.
Buffalo.
Yeah, Buffalo.
Lindy, a veteran coach.
I look at it, and I think that it's always hard when you have a guy like John Cooper there, and everyone's saying, is he just a sentimental pick?
Because he hasn't, you know, had a chance to don this thing.
And look at the job he's done over such a long period of time.
And look at the job he's done with the team, holding it up to a high standard all the time.
