And that's where Carolina carries a distinctive advantage.

They're a hardened playoff team that has been through the ups and downs, been up games, been down games.

You know, last year's playoff, they got their feet wet, a lot of those guys.

You know, where are they as far as their medal coming into this series with Carolina?

If they were to get down a game or two off to start, are they going to have the medal to kick back in and get back into a series?

And these are all things that we just don't know the answers to until they jump out in front of us.

Well, as far as the Canadian teams are going, like you look at first, I'll start because we're going to end with Montreal.

Start with Edmonton.

They're in the pillow fight division, right?

So anybody can come out of there.

Edmonton could definitely come out of there and end up in the conference final.

Okay.

I look at Ottawa.

If Ottawa can win that first series, they're 5-0-1 against Philly and Pittsburgh during the year.

Their best division record was against the Metro.

They're in the Metro now.

So you could build a case that, hey, this is a team that could possibly get to the conference finals if they can get through this first series.

But then you look at Montreal.

It's going to be a bloodbath.

This first series against Tampa, if you look at the last few games they played, they were already sending messages.
