So it's like, yeah, it's unfathomable that all these things that we take for granted were created by people no different than you or me.

I think that's like a straight up Steve Jobs quote.

He said, once you realize that, like, you'll never be the same.

Yeah, it's not special people doing these things.

So after the internet, sort of a toss up between social, I would say Facebook was a big deal for sure.

And that happened because of the web.

The funny story for me is I learned how to make all these web pages and then I thought that the web was dead.

So it was like, I was 2003, a computer engineering major at Stanford, graduated.

All the startups were dead in 2003.

Web 1.0 had already crashed.

It's funny, one of the summers I spent at theman.com.

I mean, earlier we were talking about venture capital.

In retrospect, that's the kind of venture capital that was bad.
