And then they were like little adjustments along the way.
They said, we're gonna be the best food delivery.
And then the micro pivot there was like, as everyone else was working on cities, they said, oh, we're gonna do suburbs.
And just that little shift allowed them to grow really, really fast and beat everyone else.
Sometimes it's like Brian Armstrong at Coinbase.
He came in and said, I believe that Bitcoin is going to be really, really big.
And then he just worked backwards from that.
And so the first version of what he built, I think it was called BitBank.
All he was trying to do actually initially was build a Bitcoin client for the phone.
And then this is like the act of the founder.
You know, you're out there, you're trying to make this thing.
And then you realize, oh, it's not going to work.
You know, the whole Bitcoin client can't fit on an Android phone.
And even if it did, you'd have to sit there, leave it plugged in for five hours a day just to make it usable.
I mean, OK, that's not going to work.
Let's turn around and make it work on a server.
It's actually really hard to get Bitcoin.
