No, it really, and it had been with me for years, like a ball and chain in some sort of way.

Anyway, I left it and I've really not thought about it since.

So here we are now in 2020 and you see all these clips and it's not just that it reminds you, it's visual.

So you're like, you're there again.

So a mixture of a lot of feelings.

Lots of process.

Yeah, and you know what?

I'll tell you what it is.

I'll tell you the bit that actually hurts the most for everyone involved.

is that like the early noughties, end of the nineties to sort of 2004, it was really mean.

Everything was mean, like media was mean, newspapers were, people were kind of mean.

It was kind of an aggressive time.

And when you start seeing all the headlines and then you think, God, they wouldn't actually be allowed to write that now.

So it was a really hard time to look back on.

Yeah.

But you've got wine now.
