And there were moments late on in that game where the link with Azaz, his early balls into Parrot, were brilliant.
You're thinking, more of it, more of it, please.
That's weird because I'm still looking at it and thinking...
It won't always be on the result for me.
I still think that that first half, as I said to you before, Joe, against England at Wembley, I thought was brilliant.
I thought it is one of the best first-half performances I think I've ever seen from an Ireland team in terms of the fluidity, how good they were.
And I was thinking at that time, well, Jaime, you've worked some miracles here to be able to get that message across that quick.
And the flip side is that is the iconic win
in Hungary was chaos at times it wasn't by design and I know you kind of like throw portions on when you're chasing but it did have an off the cuff feel to it so I just want consistency in terms of where we want to go with it I do think that there's so many people who kind of like generically say well you need to do this you need to get the defensive line higher up but
If you want to get a defensive line higher up, you do then know then that that back three that looks so solid in that low block are vulnerable to balls in the box.
Sorry, mate.
I still think that there's the, you know, you can play on the front foot that way in terms of how quickly you can break out in the counter-attack.

Roy, Lee Carsley, Matt Holland can cover the ground.
And football has evolved as well in terms of the setup, but we just don't have that physicality in central midfield.
We need to try and find it.
And ultimately as well, it's not about pace as a defender, whether or not you have a high line.
It's your body shape, reading play ahead of you.
