I'm absolutely delighted that the music has changed.
Why, Gary?
It's so interesting to listen to your conversation and it's so rich to hear the diversity of opinion and it's all great.
But I associate that music with being in my early 20s and getting up very early on a Sunday having to get up with my song.
feeding us the only person in the country who's awake, and this horrible, miserable music coming on.
And then all these old people coming on talking about making jam and growing onions.
Now, this was when I was in my 20s.
I am now in my 60s, and I'm an old person making jam and growing onions.
But I still hate that music.
I cannot abide it.
It reminds me of a damp Tudor castle in old England with the serfs playing their horns for their master.
And it's just the most really awful thing I've ever heard.
And yet I was still addicted to the programme.
As I say, I've become one of those old folks who love the programme, but I'm so happy that that dreary music has been consigned to it.
Dreadful stuff.
Give me anything as an alternative to that thing.
But I do respect the opinions of other people who have said and how
And I understand how they associate, but I'm just very happy it's gone.
To be quite honest with you, I haven't even heard it.
