We're not saying anyone can walk into the police station.
I can walk into a police station and say, Aggie's stalking me, she's annoying me, and the police come around and whack a bracelet on you to track your movements.

No, but if you're continually contacting me and I go, I've been harassed, I fear for my safety and a protection order is put in place and you breach that order, so you're very clear on what your restrictions are, just don't contact me.
And you contact me, well, there, you're foregone.
And
I don't see it the greatest infringement on human rights just being told to stay away from someone because that's all you're being asked to do, stay away from an area where this person might be.
Technology, I just say bullshit on that.
The technology's there.
