But here we are in 2026, and hallucinations have not gone away.
And it's because the core of next token prediction does not allow you to address that problem.
So you have to add something else.
And something else, you know, rarely works all that well.
It sort of works a little bit.
You know, I just saw a study yesterday showing there's a new model
benchmarking, I think it's called HALU hard, hallucination hard.
And all the systems are still making errors on this.
None of this has gone away.
