It's a very different club, Real Madrid, because every other club, you think of it as a philosophy, but the philosophy is how do you handle these massive personalities and characters and win the Champions League, isn't it?

They're not necessarily the best tactical coaches that Real Madrid have, but they have people who are great man-managers.
