Very rare out there, but obviously the Friday show today is a pre-record.
And I find people are making mistakes.
They're not as clued in.
You're there an hour longer than what you need to be.
When it's live, there's no messing.
People come in.
Yeah, you can't.
You can't.
Yeah, everybody's tuned in, you know, but...
Yeah, that'll be a good book someday, actually, after all the years of TV mishaps.
But sure, I'm filming in the restaurant for 14 years.
That's the whole premise of that show, right?
They love disasters.
Do you know what I mean?
And it took me a while.
Like, I'm fucking cracking up, you know what I mean?
Because the tastings go late when I'm on starters.
So you're eight and a half hours getting set.
The tasting's the last thing.
And that's the one time we're allowed the opinion, as you know by now.
