And I was talking to them recently and I said, what do you think about this tariff thing in terms of how it might affect the pricing? He said, well, if the... My uncle doesn't think that the tariffs are going to stick around. It's so catastrophically bad, and it's so galactically stupid, and so...
detrimental and damaging to the global economy and the world trading order that's been around for almost 100 years. If it's allowed to stick around, you're going to end up with a fucking global economic collapse. So it has to be stopped. Whether it's Congress or the courts, it has to stop. It cannot stick around. These tariffs will not be around in six months. This is what my friend is saying.

Probably in a few weeks, one way or another, because it just cannot be allowed to happen. It's going to destroy the fucking world. So, The question is, when is that going to happen?

And Nintendo is right in the barrel for this because they have a major product that relies on a global supply chain and the prices are all baked into parts coming in from different parts of the world in the next couple of months, right? And Nintendo's fucked because they don't know what to do right now.

It's like, well, are we going to have to... If the tariffs stick around, they are going to have to put the price on.

So, but, you know, but right now, I guarantee you it's a five-alarm fire at Nintendo as they try to figure out how to navigate this. These tariffs might be gone in a week. They might be gone in a month. They're going to be gone, but the problem is that Nintendo doesn't have that kind of time. So... Nintendo has about two weeks to figure out what to lock in the retail pricing for this thing.

If they're going to change it, they have about two weeks to do it, right? Because they have retailers. They have to put up stickers and all this. They can't just decide at the last minute, oh, it's an extra $100. Like, oh, launch day's come around. It's launch day minus one. The tariffs are still here. We need to jack up the price. They don't have that luxury.

The decision has to be made a lot earlier than that, right? Nintendo's unit price... what it costs them to make a Nintendo Switch 2, if you factor in the tariffs, goes up about $100. $90 to $100. And they can't eat that cost. Otherwise they're selling these systems basically at cost or out of cost, which they obviously can't do.

So if in the next two weeks these tariffs have not been resolved, you're going to be paying $550 for a Nintendo Switch 2. Just something to think about.

And $600 if you want Mario Kart World.

All the fucking right wing. Like, I mean, these people are literally saying, why do you, why do you even need money? It's just all made up. Like, that's how fucking desperate they are at this point to like justify this absolutely idiotic bullshit. The stupidest shit I've ever seen.
