To do that would be to admit a mistake.
To do that would be to say there's room for me to improve.
To do that is to apologize.
To do that is to be sympathetic.
To do that is to walk a mile in someone else's shoes.
And that's what people are doing, you know, as they are now.
There's a kind of muscular mentality
patriotism that I'm beginning to sense coming.
And it's not a Democrat or Republican thing.
It's go, wait a second, I did not sign up for this.
I signed up for something else.
