Let me give you a proof point because it goes to the energy question.
Since 19, I'm in San Francisco, since 1874, we've installed about 105 gigawatts of electricity in the state, 30.2 since I've been governor.
And why do I highlight that?
Because it needs to be highlighted.
One of the largest installed battery and solar farms in the world, Darden in Fresno County, was just approved, 2,300 megawatts, under the new procurement reforms, under these new regulatory reforms.
I'm making the point that we haven't been sitting back on some of these structural issues.
I inherited the most blessed and cursed state in America.
