And then, you know, they're great wins because people just want to live life more present, you know.
It doesn't make sense to them to just have the tunnel vision on after they've had this massive experience.
That doesn't land at all.
A few months ago, he had a great relationship.
Him and his partner, he's young, he's in his early 20s.
Got on the mat, went home after the session and said, I love you and you've done nothing, anything wrong to me, but I've got to go.
She's like, what do you mean you've got to go?
Grabbed a backpack and he's traveling the world.
Said, I've got to go live.
He said, I'll come back, but I've got to go.
Yeah.
Yeah, like this is the stuff that breathwork does.
Yes, it releases negative energy and, you know, we can, you know, deal with anxiety and depression and trauma and all the stuff because that's really what it is, you know.
When negative energy is pain, hurt, stress, tension, emotion, trauma, you know, it's all these things.
And so when you release that, we start to look through a different lens.
But, yeah, seeing, you know, seeing people find their peace, man, it gives me goosebumps every time.
