So there's an interception thrown and the spotter's pointing and pointing and pointing and I make the call and everything's great and I'm like, I

nailed that I felt good about myself and then as I'm finishing up the call the spotters tapping me on the shoulder and he's like he's he's mouthing I'm sorry I'm sorry and I'm like looking at him he flips the chart over no he had it on the wrong side so while it was the New York quarterback that threw the pick six to the New Jersey cornerback I had it as the New Jersey quarterback throwing the pick six to the New York cornerback

Bad one.

Yeah, not great.

You know, when I did those Pitt football games on the sideline, and it was with Bill Hillgrove.

Yeah.

Pat Bostic and Bill Hillgrove was so loyal to his spotters that even when one man went blind in an eye, he still kept him as the spotter.

He might have even lost his eye.

I remember going into the booth the first day, and the guy's got an eye patch on or something.

I said, hey, how's it going?

What are you doing?
