Right, before we get into something which is really, really important and we've talked a lot about before, which is something that you're doing something about, and that is the gender equality issue that we kind of are facing in tech.

Can you just tell us a little bit about your background in this world?

Because you've had some amazing roles and you've done some incredible things in your career so far.
