So it's amazing work that you're doing and you have worked at companies like Meta, like Amazon.

From your experience inside the world's biggest companies, how much difference can a diverse leadership or more to the point,

if there was a more diverse leadership at the very top, how much difference could this have in changing, I suppose, both the industry for, you know, a more diverse pool of employees, but also, I suppose, with the impact these products have, look at the wider world, because we all use, you know, chat GPT, AI, et cetera, every day.

I think if you kind of were to fast forward 10 years, but 10 positive years, 10 years of good change, 10 years of upskilling people,

What does that world look like?
