These guys in the U.S. Navy who are out there off the coast of Southern California are seeing these things all the time. I mean, it's not just here and there. They don't always get to record images of these things, but it is not uncommon for them to see these unknowns popping in and out of the water or zipping around or doing things that... they shouldn't be able to do, correct?
