Today's meeting with Bukele comes after the U.S. deported 11 more violent migrants, including alleged gang members. Seven of the deportees were tied to Tren de Aragua and one to MS-13. Officials say the other deportees had records for rape, robbery, and terror threats. They were flown to El Salvador's high-security terrorism confinement center, where they were met with armed guards.

Authorities have identified the man they say allegedly firebombed Governor Josh Shapiro's home early yesterday morning. Police say the 38-year-old also planned to assault the governor with a hammer.
