Now, we've reported before that DEI in the private sector is kind of a cash cow. A few years ago, DEI ranked number one in terms of area of growth in terms of C-suite professionals. Currently, it's estimated to be worth about $8 billion a year. That includes a lot of consultancy firms as well as DEI executives employed at private companies.
