It's a great weekend full of just epic people in a beautiful spa hotel in the Alps.

Finally, I've been getting loads of messages about the music that I've been putting at the end of the episodes.

Now that is specific to

meditation music that I have bought online to use in broadcasting.

But maybe this week, Clare, you could send me a couple of tracks and I'll put one or two in that people can click on that is similar to the music we put at the end of the episodes if people want to just kind of take a couple of minutes to themselves.

I'm sure you've got some gorgeous tracks you could share with us.

It has to be something to do with what we're not acknowledging, right?
