And then when it came to the day itself,
And one of the things that was noticeable was I think Jamie was the youngest person in the in the ward and in that hospital area that were in for similar treatments by a distance of about 30, 40 years.
And they'd never see a young person coming in for this kind of procedure because I think we found out afterwards.
The heartbeat kind of awareness and screening of young people's hearts is so rare because they think they're so fierce, rarely symptomatic.
I guess in an overall sense, to get to that point, we were terrified.
But looking back, it was like, thank goodness that we actually did find out, because otherwise there's that unknown ticking time bomb.
It's obviously focused his heart's work and it's allowed him to not just get back to the level that he was at he's actually surpassed that and he's moved up the divisions in soccer and he's still doing really well now to this day so yeah
There's tens of thousands of boys and girls who are going out onto gaily pitches and soccer pitches every weekend and they think they're invincible.
And most of them probably are.
But as Jamie said, to get the heart screened, it's the one thing you don't think about because it's on the inside.
You think about what you look like on the outside or your hamstrings or your calves or wherever it is.
So to just do this really, really short and simple.
But if you do it, like Jamie said, there's no bad outcomes.
You either, you're absolutely fine and you forget about it, or there is something that is well worth addressing and it can be addressed in a very straightforward way and you move on better and brighter than before.
So that's why we decided to kind of do this.
