things that play out between now and then with injury and form and all of that.

Gerard, he's been there for a while now.
He's won a lot of home and away games.
He's been two-year contract.
He's been one-year extension.
He's been on staff.
Now he's won eight in a row.
I just think a boost for this club, if they could lock him in long-term, and when you say long-term, three years as a coach would be nice.
Halfway through the year, the boost that that would give this group, the club, the supporters, the coach himself.
The security, I think there could be a pivotal move for them in terms of where they end up at the end of this year.
