And, you know, that's going to be the balance for Clarke.

So I think the reset's really important.

And as he moves through the week and he gets back to captain's run, then I think you move into remind.

You have to remind what our responsibilities are, why we're here, you know, and also what happened last Saturday.

So that's the first time you would go back.

I would have thought you wouldn't go back there for long either.

You'd just go back and remind.

And more around, you know, the last of the artists.

Remind them around the respect that we're trying to get back and the respect that our football club's trying to earn.

And we lost a lot of it last week.

So when he gets to remind, he can get back into, you know,

demands and performance and you talk about all those things.

So that way you haven't had, you haven't had Monday to Friday talking and feeling like you can't breathe.

Like the worst thing you could do is you can't breathe as a footy team.

You need to be able to breathe.

The bonus they've got, Gerard, is they're away.

They are away from Melbourne where all the noise would be and all the reviews would be going on and all the club, you know, Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night.
