So the art of coaching, the three coaches out of Victoria who are coming off the bye, maybe Josh Fraser first, because we had a spirited debate on crunch time around how to approach the next phase and the conversation that was going to the players from the interim coach.

Now, Tom Morris tells us they've decided not to set the ambition of making a run at 10th more to live in the moment week to week.

How do you read the Blues and the task for Josh Fraser?

Well, it's an interesting one because I was fascinated with what was being reported around the players and they're going to live in the moment and take it one week at a time.

I didn't quite know what that meant, Gerard.

I was sitting there going, well, what does that actually mean?

Because are we not chasing the 10?

Are we still developing players?

Newer players or younger players, is that the motto?

Is that the collective agreement by the players and the coaching staff?

Their draw is not.

I mean, I've got their draw open in front of me.

Their draw is, you know, like every club in the competition, it's sticky, but it's not the worst draw.

It's not the worst draw going around.
