But I also knew that in that moment they were terrified.
So they were willing to go all the way.
Lawyer, police, whatever.
So there, while I was in Vancouver, this is like December, 2022, just like a year and a half ago, I decide I'm completely out.
You know, I decide that is your last straw.
That is your last chance.
You've just look at everything that's happened in the last three weeks.
You lose the marriage is gone.
The money is gone.
You lose the savings.
That's a sign, right?
The fact that the police didn't show up to where I was staying,
I'm lucky for that.
So I had a choice either pursue this money and, and, and see where it goes or take a loss and move on with my life.
And that's what I decided to do.
So December, 2022, I'm in Vancouver.
I stay here two weeks.
Then I go back to Winnipeg and I'm completely out of everything that I've done like that.
I don't do a single thing between then.
