And I know there's some hesitation around the fact that this might have some fiscal knock on for us as a country.

But I think at a certain point, you really have to look at the humanity and the human impact in not doing it has.

And I think if countries like us, like Spain, start doing it, then it could have a knock on effect and then hopefully we'll have a positive impact.
