Mm hmm.
Well, spring is right around the corner, and that means it's breakup season, according to Cosmo.com.
A few years back, Facebook analyzed user statuses that contain the words breakup and broken up, and they found a huge spike in the time between Valentine's Day and spring break.
Post-Valentine's Day, it feels like.
With spring on the horizon and warmer weather creeping in, relationship experts say breakups are on the rise because people feel more inclined to interact and engage with people in the outside world, and that really means new people.
Well, there is that between Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day.
Yeah, the whole end of the year.
It's like, let's just go through the holidays and get to Valentine's Day.
I also I had a professor who taught human sexuality in everyday life.
And this class was one of those arena settings.
And it was standing room only.
Everybody waitlisted.
Everybody wanted in this class is Dennis Daly, a great teacher.
And he said and he's older guy.
And he said his favorite thing was at KU was waiting for spring and just taking his lunch.
And eating outside and watching all the kids just start walking into poles and walking off curbs, checking out other students.
Because spring does something to your brain.
It does something to your wiring where it wakes you back up.
And kids just falling over trying to check out the student body.
So there's something to the season maybe as well.
