So I don't want to say be a workaholic that does have no perspective.
That's not right either by any stretch.
So it's the quality of time you put into things that make a difference.
But just one other little segue that your comment about, you know, I mentioned my great grandma, my grandma, my mom, this idea of intergenerational resilience as I've talked to more people.
I do think that topic has come up a lot that there's a lot people can learn from the struggles that those before them have had and that it does offer them then I think strength to go forward.
So it's an interesting topic.
Oh, yeah, okay.
This is perhaps my most famous lesson.
So if anyone is listening to this podcast who never met me before, and this is the lesson my husband takes complete credit for, because it probably was the most pivotal point in my career, mid-career, I would say.
I did work for this gentleman.
He was moving on to a new job.
He offered, he said, Hey, you're going to get my job, big job, go to the interview.
I told him I wasn't ready for the job.
I said, no, uh, give me a couple more years and I'll be ready.
And he said, no, no, no.
You go to the interview.
So I went to the interview and the person offered me the job.
And I said, uh, I'd like to talk to my husband.
And he looked at me and he said, uh, okay.
I went home.
