We would have had it all underway.

There's still a bunch out there who can't pay for their pipes and it's going to be big bills for some people.

Well, if he's a senior political advisor, the answer is yes.

The guy's employed there to advise the PM.

So it's really worrying that the Official Information Act, which is there for democracy and people's ability to see what politicians are doing, they're hiding from that by using their own Gmail.

This isn't the First Minister.

We've had Erica Stanford using her Gmail tapes as well.

It seems to be a running theme with this government to hide stuff.

No, you don't have ministers with a warrant, a ministerial warrant, just using their Gmail.

It's not acceptable.

But I think the bit that people struggle with is when you're getting $1,000 and you own it already, so you're just putting that in the bank.

In order for it to spread, it does need prolonged human to human contact.

So this is different from the COVID-19 virus.

But we have a very structured, strong plan in place to make sure that nobody is walking out the door of this facility.

There's quite a bit in here that we knew about before, but there are some interesting wrinkles as well.

That's why we go to work every day to try and promote competition.

Look, it's not a fast process, but what this report is doing is helping us target our efforts.
