It's basically an 80-second intro.
It wasn't a long-winded situation.
And it really started fine, but along the way he did sound out of breath and seemed to kind of lose his train of thought or maybe his place in his script a few times.

Look, I don't want to make a big deal out of it.
It just was odd.
It was very odd.
I'm going to go back and find some stuff from his intro press conference, which I'm sure was a similar setup, maybe not as much pomp and circumstance.
