So, and the Yankees have been all over this.
I mean, you got to give them credit.
But this, and I guess I'll say this for a couple more times because there's really no reason saying the same exact thing.
The way that they rolled this thing out is idiotic.
It just is.
If you've got the ability to do this, just do it for every pitch.
Yeah, well, of course.
But then again, we're talking... This is another reason why they just need to do this for every single pitch.
I mean, we're talking like tenths of an inch.
Right, so if we're going to sit there and the Yankees are going to be right and other teams are going to be right about a tenth of an inch between a strike and a ball, and we've got to sit there, and it doesn't take long, but still, you do it five times, it's embarrassing the umpire, and you're getting the manager all fired up about it for no reason.
I mean, and I still...
You could still have a home plate umpire in every single game that has a responsibility without cutting his salary.

So it's not going to happen this year.
This is the way that it's going to go this year.
There's going to be other examples.
Now, for example, they were talking about on the broadcast last night, you know, the catcher for the Cardinals has gotten all of them wrong.
And he got one wrong last night as well, where he thought it was a strike and it was a ball and it was like, you know, three tenths of an inch off.
off the plate.
