I spoke to you guys, if I'm not mistaken, this past Tuesday or Monday and was excited if the Mets go get an ace and Freddy Parata.

I would like to defend Boomer.

I love what he said earlier today about the caller, about Bichette.

If you recall in the World Series, guys,

He played second base for the first time in the World Series.

He was hurt towards the end of the season with his knees.

So is he capable of playing third base, man?

You've got a spring training that you prepared over 30 games.

So boom, I'm with you to defend the point even to Pachette.

And Polanco, respect.

I know people love Alonzo.

Alonzo's a tremendous bat.

He's a power hitter.

But he was the worst defensive by statistics in first base.

So whoever you put an athletic player is going to be a better defensive replacement.

And to conclude with Peralta, he is open to extension.

That's one of the reasons why I'm excited about this trade.

He's publicly said he wants to do an extension and he's not a Scott Boris client.

which that's even better.
