felt that we wanted to see an Italian restaurant that had high quality.

Because sometimes, you know, we kind of think about Italians, oh, yeah, it's more about, you know, the idea of being welcoming and a bit noisy.

Yeah, yeah, okay.

And not so much on delivering the quality.

We always thought that, you know, we want to do something that has a very high quality that reflects my sort of career in the kitchen.

But we want to have that family.

In fact, when somebody says, oh, that was a really delicious meal.

You know, it was like being at home.

I think that was the, we always say, well, that's the best compliment.

But, you know, it's the spaghetti with tomato sauce.
