My starter would definitely be one of, I think I only created two or three recipes in my life.
So this is one of them, which is like a scallops with the saffron vinegar.
And that's something that, you know.
And that was, we used to serve it as well.
I would love to be served with some celery puree.
Celery puree.
Yeah, that has a really, kind of like, I don't know, it has a fantastic taste and really make the sweetness of the scallops really blow up.
So it's really, really delicious.
