I'd love him to say it must have a trillion dollars bare minimum of cuts to show the rest of the world that we're serious about I don't know why Javier Millay can do these things, but we can't.

If I were king of the world today and I could go in and say, Congress, this is what you're going to do. I would say to them, you're going to cut a trillion dollars. Plus, you're going to pass either a flat tax or 15-15-15, what the president has talked about. And you're going to cut everything. 50% of all regulations. Just cut them right now. And you're going to pass the REINS Act.
