I brought it to Martha's Vineyard. Oh, wow. I could not get up the courage to take it out of my pocket. Then the only reason I came to your damn holiday party, because I don't go to parties, was to deliver this damn letter again.

When I found out that your mother had died, I had this really interesting experience that felt like I described it to Abby as like, I had a very deep sinking feeling.
