If we don't analyze carefully what the big door prize is that we are sacrificing our children's entire lives for and our mental health and our money just so that we might become this 3% or 1%, let's for sure look at the 1% and make sure that that thing is good to us, is what we want.

visits to colleges and all of that, I have sat down with these coaches and looked them in the eye and spent time with them because I have seen what I think is coaching that is just unchecked, ways that coaches approach kids as a former teacher that would never be tolerated in a classroom.
