And I think that my first choice...
And I'm open about it.
I would stick... If he wanted the job, I'd stick with Martin O'Neill for one more year.
Right?
I know that... What's the point in that then?
Because I think it's... Celtic are a massive club and I think they need someone... Because there's a massive rebuild needed at Celtic in every department.
And I think Martin O'Neill...
has shown that, obviously, he's strong enough, big enough and everything to go on and take that club and manage that club.
I think Martin O'Neill, after a year, if he wanted, probably would put the club where it should be, right?
And then I think... In the background of long-term.
Long-term, then someone like Jens coming in there would be absolutely magnificent.
Because Jens getting in there just now, as much as...
He's been unbelievable for Motherwell.
Let's not be kidded here, he'll be a massive, massive miss and big, big shoes to fill.
That's a big, big job.
Not just coaching, Gordon.
Martin O'Neill had to go in there and bring supporters together, bring everybody together, you know, get the tune out, the players.
You look at recruitment in January, there were about six loan signings.
None of them featured, none of them featured at the weekend.
So there's a big job to be done in there.
