Enormous crowds, the passion for the football club is up there with anywhere else they've worked.
But that passion, and when they turn up on a Saturday, sometimes works against the players because they know they're under pressure all the time.
And this group will know they're under real pressure the next time they play at home against United.
But they've got to grow up, they've got to look at themselves in the mirror and find that manhood from somewhere.
