I think these people need to empower their son to say, no, you have every right in a social setting to say, I don't particularly want to drink that.
But I feel like these middle-aged people are going chug, chug, chug, chug.

And also, isn't there a weird thing that people feel validated by other people doing what they've done?
You know, it's like being in a relationship.
You know, I got married, so everyone should get married.
I had a baby, so everyone should have a baby.
I get drunk and sleep in my own vomit, so everyone should do that.
