So there's a lot of truth in that given consumer behavior.
But back to the crux of your question.
I don't care if you buy a home or not.
If you want to, I suggest doing the work and getting a deal.
You make your money when you buy.
This is the difference between real estate and the stock market.
The stock market, every second of the day, even Bitcoin or crypto, you know what it's worth every single second of the time.
Real estate is inefficient.
You can if you work long enough and you make enough offers and you follow up enough and you learn the different creative mechanisms and you find the right seller.
This is about finding the right seller.

Most people won't do that.

I've never been asked that.
I don't think it's complicated.
I think it's remarkably simple, but it just takes more work than most people want.
And then look at it every day for 20 minutes a day because it doesn't take a lot of time, right?
I think it's just, or somebody talks about 18 minutes to be in the top 5% of any skill.
That's all I'm asking for is 20 minutes a day.
