Uh, it's probably dealing with late payments.
Cause again, that's cause again, in a single family home, the tenant does all the maintenance or at least most of the maintenance, you know, they're supposed to do the yard and water and all of that.
Um, so again, it's dealing with tenants who are telling stories or lies.
So collecting rent, uh, and then multifamily.
