And we really didn't have a place other than that to go to.

Occasionally my parents, you know, would take us, we went to California, we went to Disney when it first, you know, when it first opened.

So we did family trips as, you know, that were fun locations.

But we never went back twice.

I mean, you know, we went once, we saw it, and then we moved on.

So really, basically, our favorite things were in our local area.

It was more of an amusement park where we'd go on rides and we would have treats on the weekend.

And it was also a public beach.

So we would go there in the summer and hang out.

We'd put towels on the sand.

And, you know, we didn't put umbrellas in those days.

That's why we're all a mess now.

But basically, it was a place where we hung out.

I'm trying to think of... Jones Beach was where we had our senior outing.

All the kids piled in cars and we all went out to Jones Beach because that was a big deal for us.
