So, I mean, you know, that there was a difference in the psyche.

I mean, I actually went through my my.

high school years as very fortunate because I really liked everybody seemingly people like me and you know there was never I never really had a disappointment college yes but I did have boyfriends in college my um my freshman and sophomore year who I was crazy about

And then my junior and senior year, when I came back to the city, I had a couple of very serious boyfriends that didn't end up being my husband, but they were serious.

I thought they were going to be my husband, but they weren't.

And then I chose your grandfather.

Yeah.

I mean, I think, you know, there were lots of different reasons for me, for us, because we didn't really live with, with our boyfriends or we didn't, you know, we weren't sexually aware of that much.

So you only went so far and then that was it.

And when you were ready to have experiences, it had to be a serious experience.

Nobody would just, you know, there was no such thing as, you know, we'll have a one night or, I mean, you know,

that just didn't, that wasn't for most people.

I sort of figured that wasn't for me then.

See, I never, I never worried about it that much.

That's part of my personality.

If it wasn't reciprocated, why waste your time?

Right.

Oh, we wore skirts and sweaters.

We didn't wear pants until I went to college and we wore pants.

When I went away to Syracuse, I was always in pants.
