You know, you won the clock back 15 years ago.
It was a lot younger.
I bought my first house in NZ when I was 21.
You know, the sooner you get in, the better.
That's my advice.
Sit down with someone like me that can put you on the straight and narrow and go, here's what you need to do.
You know, here's your plan.
Yeah, well, that's the thing.
But the sooner you can get in, the better, you know, honestly.
And the thing is, there's so many different schemes and offers out there at the moment with the government.
The first home buyers grant, you're going to build a new house.
You can basically get, I've seen, up to sort of $40,000 for a new place if you wanted to buy it.
You can get your stamp duty, either a discounter or waived.
And there's options where you can borrow right up to 95.
I've seen some lately coming out with a couple of lenders where they'll do 97%.
yeah in nz we had about 30 different options for lenders in australia there's over 100 right so there's no way you can know what everyone's going to do and most people will just walk you know they'll see go walk into the bank and get get a no on the first thing gosh and feel dejected and go i'm going to give up but there are there's lots of options there's options if you've got bad credit
There's options if you're self-employed and can't fully verify your income at one stage.
There's options if you've only got a 2% deposit.
There's options if your parents want to give you some money.
We can look at all of that stuff.
