So normally what you would do with an open source model is you would download it and run it or you would run it on a third party cloud provider that runs it for you.
So here OpenAI is being the cloud provider running it for you or whoever they use on the back end, whether that's Microsoft or whoever else.

You can pick one of three options with which to run it.
You can run it via Ollama or LM Studio, which is what we recommend.
It's very user-friendly, very easy to read, has a nice UI.
And then Hugging Face, which is also great.
