You're going to hire a generalist?

No.

You want to make your model better at Swiss German?

You're going to hire a generalist?

No, you've got to find someone who speaks Swiss German.

You want to make your model a Swiss German in quantum physics?

The complexity is only going to increase.

And then you start to bring in modes.

There are different skill sets.

Audio transcription is a skill set.

Some people are very good at it.

Some people are awful.

Video analysis, there's all these different skill sets.

And you're getting people who are very, very good at certain things.

And there's demand.

And, I mean, you don't need to be a PhD in economics to understand that when there's high demand and there's, like, obviously some degree of limited supply, costs are going to go up.
