And the goal was just to honestly buy a property that I could, like, flip, kind of, just do work and flip and do a good buy. And so by the time you're exiting college, it's like, well, Dane, you go get a farm credit loan. And that ended up being like a really lucky time period because that was COVID. Yeah. Interest rates were low.

I don't get ripped apart much on social media as much as I do. Maybe behind the scenes I do, but it's kind of good if you're getting ripped apart a little bit on there. It's not the worst, and I think that's just human nature.
